MVP Development for Founders
Most MVPs are either so thin they prove nothing or so wide they never ship. I build the first release around the one workflow your idea depends on, on the same production base I use for full products, so real users can try it and you do not rewrite it afterwards.
The problem this solves
You have an idea and early interest, but a full build is too big a bet, and a throwaway prototype means paying for the product twice.
Deliverables
- One core workflow, built end to end
- Accounts and sign-in
- A deployed app real users can open
- A short list of what was left out and why
- Source code and deployment you own
How it works
We agree on the single workflow the product must do for its first users, and I leave everything else off the list. I build that workflow end to end and deploy it. If it holds up with real users, the same code carries on into SaaS & Web App Development: payments, teams, dashboards and the rest are added on top, not rebuilt.
When not to buy this
Not a fit if you only need a clickable mock-up, or if the product already has users and needs a full feature set at once. For that, see SaaS & Web App Development.
